Part-Time Office Assistant / Scheduler – Electrical Company

Electric company is looking for a reliable part-time office assistant to help with daily office work, customer communication, scheduling, invoices, and basic paperwork.

This position can be work-from-home, but you must be organized, professional on the phone, and able to keep up with a busy electrical company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and return customer calls
  • Schedule estimates and jobs
  • Manage emails and customer messages
  • Send invoices and follow up on payments
  • Help with estimates and basic office paperwork
  • Organize permits, job files, and customer information
  • Update calendar and communicate schedule changes
  • Request Google reviews from completed customers
  • Help keep the office side of the business organized

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Must be organized and reliable
  • Comfortable talking to customers
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Experience with construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or home service office work is a big plus
  • Able to work independently from home
  • Must have computer, phone, and reliable internet
