Part-Time Office Assistant / Scheduler – Electrical Company
Electric company is looking for a reliable part-time office assistant to help with daily office work, customer communication, scheduling, invoices, and basic paperwork.
This position can be work-from-home, but you must be organized, professional on the phone, and able to keep up with a busy electrical company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and return customer calls
- Schedule estimates and jobs
- Manage emails and customer messages
- Send invoices and follow up on payments
- Help with estimates and basic office paperwork
- Organize permits, job files, and customer information
- Update calendar and communicate schedule changes
- Request Google reviews from completed customers
- Help keep the office side of the business organized
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Must be organized and reliable
- Comfortable talking to customers
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or home service office work is a big plus
- Able to work independently from home
- Must have computer, phone, and reliable internet
